Our Story
Dragon Appliance Centre was established in Toronto in 1992, initially focusing on the maintenance and repair of major home appliances. Three years later, in 1995, we expanded our services to include the installation and servicing of HVAC systems, gas furnaces, central air conditioners, and water heaters. Our staff received the earliest NATE technician license in the GTA, reflecting our commitment to technical excellence. Dragon Appliance Centre has been an authorized Bryant dealer since 1996, with Bryant being a leading manufacturer of heating and cooling products. We were honored with the "Medal of Excellence" status from Bryant for six consecutive years, from 1999 to 2004, and in 2002, we won the Medal of Excellence from Bryant Canada. We also became the first Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer (FAD) within the GTA, a program endorsed by Bryant to recognize dealers for best business practices, high training standards, and technical excellence. Dragon Appliance Centre is among the largest independent Bryant dealerships in Canada and has received multiple awards from Enbridge for our customer satisfaction. Our customer base now exceeds 30,000 satisfied customers and continues to grow. We proudly serve the GTA, ensuring convenience and quality service for our clients.
